Thermoforming/Vacuum Forming Service
Suzhou Swellder's thermoforming/vacuum forming service offers our customers a cost-effective solution from prototype fabrication to full production runs. With the look and feel of injection molded parts, our single sheet vacuum forming and deep draw processes form up to 72" wide and up to 120" long. We work with a variety of plastic sheeting material including ABS, PETG, PVC,PMMA, polycarbonate, HDPE, HMWPE and HIPS. Our PLC-driven machinery can handle sheets from .010" to .400" thick. Choose from our selection of standard colors, optional color-matching available and your choice of material finishes (light haircell, deep haircell, smooth, matte, high/low gloss, saddle) for your custom thermoforming needs. Suzhou Swellder offers secondary operations that include 5-axis CNC routing, die cutting, trimming, assembly, structural adhesive bonding and sonic welding.
Plastic Thermoforming Tooling Service
Plastic thermoforming/vacuum forming tooling service provided by Suzhou Swellder begins with computer-aided design assistance. Vacuum form tooling can be made from wood, ren board, epoxy, ceramic and water-cooled aluminum cast materials along with hand router trim fixtures and CNC trim fixtures. Our vacuum form tooling can produce parts with lengths up to 120", widths to 72" and depths to 36". We provide parts for the automotive, agricultural, food processing, medical and military industries. Past projects include vacuum form products such bus roof vent/emergency exit, inner fender well liner, fender protectors, machine housings, salt spreader containers, military shields and food industry trays. From prototypes to full production runs, we provide complete testing to ensure that your products are produced to the highest quality.

Precision Die Cutting Services
Suzhou Swellder provides experience, knowledge and exceptional customer service to produce quality products and innovative solutions. Our die cutting service features steel rule die cutting using serrated or center bevel dies to produce clean cut edges on formed or unformed plastic parts. With a hydraulic press capability up to 75 tons, we can cut parts from a variety of plastics including ABS, PETG, PVC, PMMA,HDPE, HMWPE and HIPS. Parts can measure up to 42" wide, up to 52" in length. We produce components for a variety of industries including agricultural, automotive, building/construction, food equipment, marine, medical/pharmaceutical, military and signage.

Vacuum forming is a very economical method for producing plastic parts. This process can produce large or small parts in low quantities at a reasonable price.
It involves in the controlled heating of a thermoplastic material to a temperature where it is pliable enough to be altered by the shape of a mold. This mold can be made of wood, phenolic or aluminum, so tooling can be optimized depending on the properties required.
In this method, the heated thermoplastic is forced against the mold by the air pressure differential created by pulling a vacuum between the sheet and the mold.
