1.Samples/Drawing &Requirement from you

2.Mould design:we will Communicate and Exchange the opinion with you after you place order.

3.Material Purchase:Steel cutting and Mould base tooling.  

4.Assembling.

5.Inspection of mould : following and controlling the tooling processing. 

6.Mould testing:We will inform you the date.Than will send the sample's inspection report&injection parameters with the sample to you!

7.Your instruction &confirmation for shipment.

8.Ready made mould before packing.

1) Usually we accept payment based on T/T ,Western Union and Paypal.

1. What’s your payment term?

T/T, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before of loading

2. Can I buy only one piece?

yes, if we you buy the products we have mould,you can purchase one .

If you decide to open a mould in our factory,you can buy 1pcs product.

some of the products need to be opened a mould with your own sketch.

3.Only purchase products?

you could purchase the products we already have,and also we could make them as your requests if you are willing to pay the mould fee.

4.What do your factory mainly make ?

We are manufacturer on developing rotomolding plastic products as per your sketch or sample or 3D drawing.

5.Are you willing to send sample for me?

We are willing to send the sample for you,but we are not able to send the products which we have signed confidentiality agreement with our customers.
