Material of Wicker Sofa Set:

1)Frame: Top grade 1.5mm aluminum frame with powder-coated; Aluminum Frame:Thickness-1.5mm. The diameter depends on the design.

2)Rattan: SGS tested Rattan UV resistant;     

-- Flat rattan: width of flat rattan: normally 8mm;    

-- Round rattan: Diameter is  between  2.5mm to 2.8mm.

3)Cushion:100% polyester,water-proof,colours are optional;    

Thickness of cushion:    

--Dining chair:normally is 5cm;     

--Sofa/lounge chair/Sun bed:normally is 10cm.

4)Table top:5-8mm tempered glass, safe and strong.

6. The powder particles melt and coalesce to form a continuous film.
