1. What's your advantage to other  suppliers?

 We organize the goods from own factories so our products is of high quality and price is reasonable and deliveries are fast. 

2. Can you produce custom designs?

Yes, we have skilled sculptors who can carve according to your photos or drawings. 

3. What's your lead time?

Normally needs 30 days for every products, or 20 days if the goods are needed for urgent use. 

4. How are the goods packaged?

  Packed in firm wooden crates, the merchandise is protected by wood chips to avoid the goods chaffing during shipping,

and the crate will be filled with some foam and PVC film to avoid pollution.

5. How to make delivery? Can it get to our city?

Mostly by Ocean shipping, some countries by Air. It can reach any main port or main cities all over the world. 

6.How to make payment?

30% on confirming the order and balance on delivery. 

7. How are the products installed on delivery?

The customer is responsible for the installation of all products. Please Contact Us for advice on installing statues. 

8. What happens if the sculpture arrives damaged?

 We use a strict packing protocol for every sculpture sent. We have a 100% record of all Home Grace sculpture being delivered undamaged.

The sculpture is also sent fully insured for transit. In the unlikely event of the sculpture arriving damaged, it will be remade and sent to the customer at no extra cost.
