But we also can accept the sample and LCL order. If the quantity of single item can’t reach the MOQ, the price should be sample price. 3. What about the payment? We accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Credit Card payment terms. 4. How long will it take to execute my order? This depends on the quantity and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and codes of the items so that we can advise a production schedule. 5. Do you have products in stock? Sorry, we do not always reserve stock. If there is any stock, we will inform you with details in the reply of your enquiry. 6. How much will the shipping charges be? This will depends on the CBM of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquired about shipping charges, we hope that you let us know the detailed information such as the codes and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport. When the order’s total CBM is less than a 20ft container’s volume, We can keep cooperation with the term of EX-works (EXW). Means buyer will bear all the charges caused by inland delivery, customs, related documents, ocean freight and insurance. 8. Can you give warranty of your products? Yes, we extend a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items. Please feel free to feedback immediately if you are not pleased with the quality or service. For the overseas orders, we guarantee most accessories such as castors, legs, arms, gas lifts and mechanisms. 9. Can I visit you? Sure, factory locates in Longjiang - The hometown of Furniture in China. If you would like to do an on-site inspection for factory and product, please contact us to make an appointment. 10. How can I know how my order is being done? We will inspect and test all merchandise in case of damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery.
