1). Delivery time: 14days for 20ft container and 20 days for 40'HQ container upon receipt of 30% deposit.

2). MOQ: Small order is acceptable. For the large size chairs, the minimum order quantity is 10pcs per model; for the small and medium size chairs, the minimum order quantity is 30pcs per model. 

3). Payment terms: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight acceptable.

4). Warranty: 3 years.

5). Sample: Office chair sample can be provided for the customer based on the price of 20ft container.

6). Color: There are more than 30 colors available for the customers from different countries to choose

7). Material: For the chairs originally upholstered in PU, the upholstery material can be replaced with PVC, microfiber synthetic leather, bonded leather, split leather or top grain leather. For the chairs originally in fabric, the upholstery material can be changed to regular fabric, fire-retardant fabric or Taiwan Yida fabric.
