How to make the toys ?
1. Sculpture prototype : Based on the information and image that you provide, a sample prototype is produced ( we will confirm every step with you when sculpt the protoype from the processes : mud sample, pu sample and pu sample with color), if there is any step of the shape you don't like, we will modify it according to the valuable information you advised.
2. Tooling making : we will start making tooling based on the prototype approved , the tooling can be finished about 15-20dyas.
3. Manufacturing : Once tooling finished, we will test the mould and remake the sample of the mass production to you to confirm,once the sample approved, we can start to produce the mass products, Production times for plastics and vinyl toys are usually in the range of 25-35 days.
4.Delivery : Once production is completed, delivery times via ocean are approximately 20-30 days, while air freight times can vary fast from 2-10 days depending on the freight carrier.
1)Normal packing ( inner opp bag, ourter carton).
2)Foil bag with printing, Color box,plastic blister packing can be customized base on your information advised.
3)The merchandise can be arranged by sea, air , express.
4)If you do not special needs, the merchandise will be arranged by the most convenient and cheaper way.
