We use pure wood powder, Each batch of raw material for archival filing registration and laboratory testing ,in the same industry, the raw material is best, plastic imported from Europe,

wpc =wood flour  60% +PE plastic ,HDPE 30% + Green chemical additives (anti-UV- ultraviolet ,anti-oxygen agent , lubricant agent coupling agent)10%

Last time I mail mentioned, our monthly output is 900 tons, but if you are sure the quantity is 80 tons per month, then we can give you the specified mold increased to four vice mold, at the same time, 80 tons can be completed within 10 days.
