HEXIN GLASS beveled mirror can be cut it in different shapes, it's made of high quality float glass and is used as a wall mirror, bathroom mirror, furniture mirror and many other uses in several industries like handicraft, decoration, beauty, optical or auto rear-view mirrors and many other applications. The bevelled mirror is available in silver or aluminium, fitting all atmospheric conditions; its surface is clear and bright giving distinctive and authentic image.

To produce an upper quality bevelled mirror, we select the best glass and then it's cleaned. It goes for a sensitization process following by a silver coating using a reduction of silver nitrate. Then, a copper coating is applied and it goes to a curing process to be painted with and acid/alkali-proof protective paint. When this first paint is dry, it goes for a second one with waterproof and lead free protective cover. Finally, the mirror is cleaned and is ready for a quality inspection and packing into wooden crates with paper interleaved and an iron belt supports the crates.

The bevelled mirror can be clear, extra clear, euro brown, euro grey, dark blue, pink, green, yellow, golden or violet colour with a thickness of 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm or 10mm. The back paint of the bevelled mirror can be grey, white, bronze or green colour at any size that customer request it. The minimum order of bevelled mirrors should be one 20' container; delivery time takes 7 to 15 days.
