Q1: What equipments do you have for SMC process?

A: Owning 60ton to 2000ton hydraulic compression machines, we can produce the items with maximum projection area 4 square meters. The equipment details is 60ton*3, 200ton*3, 315ton*4, 630ton*3, 800ton*1, 2000ton*1

Q2: What's the advantage of your SMC products?

A: Owning complete production line from fiberglass sheet, mould to finished products, makes us save cost and provide cost-effective products for you.

Q3: Why is the mould cost of SMC process so high?

A: Comparing to hand lay up process, the mould cost of SMC process is very high because the moulds are with complicated structures, which are used on the high loading compression machines to make the products. But this can be paid back by the much lower unit prices. The mould prices vary according to the different material 45#, 60#, Chrome 40, P20 or 718, which will be decided according to your request on the mould life.

A: Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East. The products are applied as auto parts, motorcycle parts, construction parts, public facilities(like telephone booth), marine parts, industrial machine parts, household parts, etc. This makes us know well about the request from these market and product.
