1. Inquiry

Detail of  Dimension, Weight, Estimated Production Quantity, Color Selection etc.

2. Engineer Review

Material, cavity, mold weight, give customer suggestion

3. Make quotation

Sales department offer quotation after Engineer checking

4. Negotiation

Material, cavity, price, delivery time, payment term, etc.

5. Place order

Customer issue PO after Signed Contract, deposit should be arranged before we start making mold drawing.

6. Mold design

We will exchange opinions with you during making drawing.

7. Making mold

Mold processing will be started after mold design drawing approved by customer.

8. Mold  Process

Provide processing report with picture to show tooling process.

9. Sample Confirm

Samples will be sent to you, mold should be modified if sample is not good enough. Balance payment should be got after sample approved.

10. Delivery Mold/

 Mass Production

Arrange shipment after customer approve sample or start mass production per request.
