Purpose

This series of smooth double crusher is applicable to laboratory crushing for various ore or rock with medium and low hardness, the compression strength is not more than 700kg/cm².

Operating principle and structural introduction

This machine mainly consists of engine base, roller and safety spring. During operation, the electric motor drives two rollers through V-belt pulley and gear to rotate at the opposite direction to crush materials. Gap of rollers can be adjusted within the specified scope to control the discharging grain size.

Main working components of this machine are on two horizontal shafts, two rollers rotating at opposite direction are installed parallelly. One shaft are installed in bearing body, driving rollers to operate, the other shaft is installed in the adjustable bearing.

The adjustment of gap between two rollers are realized by moving bearing pedestal with regulating mechanism consisted of hand wheel and draw-in bolts of threaded axle sleeve. Round nut should be loosened when adjusting.

Bearing pedestal is installed on the machine body, fixed at one side of roller, equipped with spring. When non-crushing materials drop into crushing cavity, spring is under super compression, roller gap will increase, non-crushing materials can smoothly pass through instead of damaging other components, playing the role of safety protection. Hopper is placed at the top of upper cover, lining plate is equipped inside to prevent materials against crushing and dropping without passing thorough the roller.

Application, maintenance and protection

1,Carefully check whether the fasteners are solid and tight.

2,Whether transmission belt is in good condition, timely replace it if damaged. Clean clearly in case of greasy dirt on the belt or belt wheel. 

3,The machine can not be started until all components are checked and considered as normal.

4,The machine can only be started with load.

5,After starting, check rotating direction of the roller.

6,After starting, immediately shut down the machine in case abnormal condition, identify the reasons and eliminate, then restart the machine.

7,Feeding can be done only after the machine operates normally.

8,During application, power source must be immediately cut off in case of  shutdown due to blocking, and clear away the materials.

9,Keep the machine clean. After using every time, timely clean away all dust and coal powder attached on the machine.
