Accidental Leakage

Please follow up the methods below if the running device is knocked over accidentally.

1.Turn off the power,unplug the DC plug of adapter and open the front cap.
2.After lifting it up, take off the front cap and check whether the filter is in good condition
If no problem, press the anion switch to restart working.

Maintenance and repair

1.Don’t remove the device and make modification,otherwise,it’s easy to break down or cause a fire or get an electric shock.Don’t put any conductive objects into the device.

2.Don’t place the device in high temperature,high humidity,flammable and explosive enviroment.Please keep appropriate space around the inlet and outlet.

3.Please use dry cloth or fur brush to clean the unit.

4.Please cut off power supply if not used for a long time.

5.One month replacement period,one year warranty if bad quality.The company won’t understake any responsibility because of man-made disassembly and damage.
