Since 2006, we have been engaged in the biodegradable material in conjunction with a number of universities. We provide solid technic supports in meeting different market demands.
Our factory located in Jingmen High-tech District, Hubei Province, which is the most dynamic province in the Middle China. The factory covers an area of 100 acres, and the workshop area reaches 80000 square meters, which including the modifying zone, molding processing zone, administration building, and the laboratory.
We begin with the PLA raw material modifying, and then move into the PLA molding field. For the raw material, we have GH401 injection grade, GH501 sheeting grade, GH601 blowing bottle grade, and GH701 blowing film grade. We have been successfully using our modified PLA making stationeries, tableware, disposable trays, water & cosmetics bottles, shopping & garbage bags, and agriculture film etc.
We make our efforts to seek harmonious existence between human and nature, we are committed to the global environmental protect through unremitting efforts.
LET'S BREATHE TOGETHER WITH NATURE !!!
Information of PLA(polylactic acid):
*PLA is short for Polylactic acid. It is from natural, renewable starch rich crop such as corn, potato, people also call it "Corn Plastic".
*PLA has similar mechanical properties to PETE polymer, but has a significantly lower maximum continuous use temperature. Heat resistant PLA can withstand temperatures of 110 °C.
*100% compostable and biodegradable: Under compost condition, PLA will decompose into lactic acid. Lactic acid will decompose into water and carbon dioxide by bacteria.
*It will take 90-180 days under compost condition according to different size and thickness of the products.
Q: Where is PLA from?
A: Poly(lactic acid) or polylactide (PLA) is a biodegradable thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from renewable resources, such as corn starch (in the United States), tapioca roots, chips or starch (mostly in Asia), or sugarcane (in the rest of the world).
Q: Does PLA finished product contain BPA?
A: Of couse not.The PLA raw material is from plant, and we will not add any chemical additives in the process of machining. Keep it eco-friendly and non-toxic is our principle.
Q: How long does it take to degradation of PLA?
A: Standard degradation time is 180 days under industrial composting conditions.
Q: What will PLA become after degradation?
A: Carbon dioxide and water.
Q: Will it disappear on the normal use?
A: No, definitely not. PLA just can be degradation under composting conditions. The life time of PLA products will be the same as the other plastic products.
Q: How to deal with the waste of PLA products?
A: 1.Composting; 2.Recycling; 3.Incineration; 4.Landfill
