1,Is your canvas hand painted ?

Options 1:100% handmade. The oil paintings are all handmade by our professional artists.

Options 2: Giclee print. It is the most cost-effect solution.both have the handmade texture and lower price,most of our customers are prefer this option.

2,What kind of canvas do you use for oil painting?

Normally we use A quality polyester canvas for modern painting,

but if you need cotton canvas it is OK too, just let notice us , we will manage it for you .

And we always use high quality cotton mixed with linen canvas for high quality oil paintings.

3,What kind of stretcher do you use for oil paintings?

There are three ways of wood stretcher bar that we often used: pine wood, paulownia wood and fir wood.

Pine wood is stronger but a little heavier;

Paulownia wood is lighter, usually for big size painting, it is the best choice;

fir wood is a little softer, easy for stretching.

4,How do you package your oil paintings?

Normally we use the shrink plastic to wrap the oil paintings first and then package them into the carton. But if you have specifications on how to package the oil painting, we can manage them as your request.

5,For wholesale, what's you MOQ?

Normally for each picture our MOQ is 50pcs.

6,We find suppliers who can give us better price than yours, how can you explain this?

Frankly, we can not guarantee that our price is the lowest, But we are sure that our price is the most cost-effective price,.

How to serve your clients well? Both price and quality are all important.

7,I am not a big wholesaler, I run small art business, can I get good price from you?

Yes, of course. We will always be supportive for our clients.but the smaller the quantity,the higher the price,as a wholesaler,I think you can totally understand this.Anyway, please feel free to let us know what kind of oil paintings you are looking for, and what's your quantity. No matter how small your business is , you will always get support from us.

8,How can you control your quality to make sure that the quality is like the picture we see on your website?

We will make samples for you to confirm, and won’t start manufacturing after you confirmed the sample. Our professional artists will check the painting one by one to ensure bath consistency of the quality of our oil painting.

9,What kind of payment method do you accept?

L/C at sight, T/T , Paypal, Western Union, Escow. Any way will be Ok for us.

10,Can you arrange the shipment for us?

11,We are design company, we have some hotel projects need paintings or prints with frames, can you paint them according to our designs?
