Material Information:

1. Wicker and Colors 

Our woven furniture is made from the finest quality wicker.This remarkable material has many benefits,including 

a natural appearance, tear resistance,durable,UV resistance (UV exposure of 5000 hours) and weather resistance.

Our wicker is also environmentally friendly,and is made from recyclable materials.Woven furniture can be left outside

all year round. It’s a combination of excellent hand woven craft with fashion design. All kinds of rattans are available:

flat,half-moon and round. They are SGS tested and we offer a full variety of colors for you to choose from. 

2. Frame material- Aluminum and Iron

All our Aluminum frame are constructed with 1.2,1.5 and1.8mm thick tubes, and for the Iron frame we do at least 1.0mm thick tubes, which makes it strong enough to withsatand the weight and pressure. We make it powder coated so that the frame is fully protected against corrosion and becomes virtually invisible once it has been woven over while some other suppliers never do that to reduce the cost. Powder coating also has the advantages of sturdy, strong, rust resistant and light weight.

3. Cushion and pillow fabric

The cushion fabric is 100% solution dyed acrylic canvas,they are water repellent, mildew resistant, stain resistant and color fasten. Our cushions are built for comfort and outdoor performance, water proof and also deal with the fire proof as the customer's requirements.

4.Packing material

Brown and corrugated paper cardboard and poly foam to protect the rattan furniture.

Cushion Packing: packed in a poly bag.

Fittings are packed nicely in a poly bag.

Sample and production lead time

Our factory established in 2003, by now we have more than 80 workers in our factory, most of our workers are with years of experience, we have some workers make samples specialized. In this way, we can make sure:

Sample time: within 3 days to 1 week.

Production:  30 to 40 days upon receiving the 30% deposit.

Payment Terms

1. 30% deposit before production and balance before shipment.

2. We can offer factory price FOB, CIF and C&F price terms.

3. We accept Cash, Paypal, West Union, L/C, and T/T payment.

Maintenance

1.The product does not need special maintenance, but lightly sweep the dust away with a broom anytime if it 

   issmeared.Or you can wipe it clean with a piece of wet cloth, and then dry it with a piece of dry cloth or 

   better byblow drying.

2.By using the product for a period, clean it with light salt brine. Don't use the strong acid or alkali chemicals.

3.Do not put it near the strong fire hazard to prevent the cane,resin wood or sling materials from fading,drying,

   distorting,bending,cracking,loosening and falling apart.Do not hit the furniture or scratch its surface by hard

   or sharp objects.
