Material:
1) PE Rattan

1. also known as all-weather wicker, is manufactured predominantly for use in outdoor patio furniture. It is meant to look like natural wicker, but is made of a synthetic material, generally polyethylene, a food grade plastic that only requires minimal maintenance and is extremely durable.

2. Synthetic polyethylene fibres resin wicker is durable, resistant against the sun's UV radiation as well as against humidity and water. The color is added in the production process and forms part of the fibre, thereby maintaining the desired visual appeal of the product it is used for. Resin wicker is very elastic and sturdy, providing for great stability and seating comfort, those exact features that we like traditional wicker for. Furthermore, resin wicker requires much less maintenance. It is very easy to clean; it can simply be hosed down. It also does not require to be re-painted, as its colors barely fade over time. Due to these features, resin wicker has become extremely popular for outdoor products such as patio furniture.

3. Resin wicker is generally used over an aluminum frame to create light weight outdoor furniture. This type of furniture benefits from the advantages of resin wicker. Often described as all-weather resin wicker, it withstands the forces of the elements. Be it in very hot and humid climates or through cold winters, it has become the material of choice for swimming pool lounges, patio dining sets, outdoor sofas and terrace bistro type settings. Especially with the newer modern designs, resin wicker furniture is the new trend in the entertainment industry, i.e. patio parties, outdoor dining and lounging.

2) Cushion and pillow
Cushion and pillow used 100% polyester waterproof fabric with zipper.

3) Aluminium Frame
Aluminium frames are made from heavy gauge 100% Aluminium alloy extrusions with uniquely supported inner wall. All joints are hand Argon welded with full circumference welding and hand ground to ensure long lasting strength

4)Terms of Payment

1. Small volume products such as planter, storage box , outdoor shower, we can send them by air courier such as DHL, TNT, EMS, UPS and etc..

2. Big volume furniture which we can’t send them by air, we usually send them by sea.

a. Large quantity: If you order many items and the quantity reach a 20ft container, we can ship them by 20'GP. This is a safe way for your goods.

b. LCL (Less Than Container Load): If you order 1 or 2 sets big volume furniture, we will ship them by LCL.

3. Transportation cost:

a. FOB: All the products prices are FOB covers all the cost in China before the goods deported.

b. C&F: Cost and freight include the shipping cost to your destination port, but not include the tariff, custom clearance or any other charges in your local port.

c. DDP: Destination duty paid. If you choose DDP, we can arrange all the custom clearance, and deliver the goods to your door.

4. For customer from the USA or Canada, the consignee must be a company.

5) Delivery Time
3 weeks after we receive 30% deposit. And we offer 7days delivery to those long term cooperate partners

7)quality control

We have many QC to control our quality, the first QC is about hardware, the second is PE rattan, and the last is about handicraft art.

1). Before producing, all of QC will check the original material, especially hardware and PE rattan, and the process of controlling is very strict.

2). In the process of producing, every step will be check before next step

3). When all producing process has been finished, the QC coming from installation will check PE rattan, iron pipe, and handicraft art, if OK, this rattan furniture will be passed.
