•  1 year for led light system, 3 years for plastic casing.

Production lead time

1. FCL full container loading ( 20” GP / 40” GP / 40 “HQ ): 7-20 days
2. LCL short container loading: 3-7 days

Payment term

• T/T : 30% deposit, the balance paid before shipment ( or balance against B/L copy )

• L/C : 30% deposit by T/T in advance, the balance by L/C at sight.

• Notice: we also accept western union, PayPal, money gram for sample order)

Q: What warranty can I get?

A: Warranty 1 year for LED light system, 2 years for plastic casing.

Q: How do I get replacement part if the product has quality problems ?

A: Please describe the problem with pictures to us, if cannot be fixed upon our guidelines, we will send new replacement. All charges cover to us.

If you are not urgent, new replacements will be sent with your next shipment.
