Firstly, we use EPE around the product, wrapping them individually in plastic bag. Then put several products into a carton. Use pallet as you want.

FAQ                                                            

♣ MOQ:

One color one box, one item five boxes.Total MOQ: 1*20FT.

For trail order, we accept LCL, but the price will be different from FCL

shippment.

♣ Package:

We can change package as your requirement. Of course, the price will be based on your requirements.

♣ Sample requirement:

Sample will be sent as below instructions.

1. General products: sample cost, Shipping cost or courier cost by buyer.

2.Customer design products:Tooling cost {if any}sample cost, Shipping cost or courier cost by buyer.

3.While your order qty will be one 20 GP,we will refund you 50% of the sample cost,while your order qty will be 40HQ,we will refund you all the sample cost.Please kindly noted:shipping cost or courier cost will not be refunded.

♣ Do you accept OEM?

Yes, we will accept OEM based on a MOQ.

You should provide us technical drawing, complete product detail such as dimension, thickness, finish & function. Then youwill receive our quotation soon.

General speaking,

1.Time: Mold development and test production time is about 40 days.

2.Refund:While the order qty reach to five hundred thousand pieces, we will refund the whole mold cost to you.

♣ What is your Payment term?

1.Sample: T/T 100% in advance.

Notice: we also accept western union, PayPal, money gram for sample order

2.LCL shippment order: T/T 30% deposite in advance, 70% balance should be paid before delivery.

3.FCL shipment order: L/C or T/T 30% deposite in advance, 70% balance should be paid against the BL copy.

♣Generally, what is the lead time?

Generally speaking , the delivery time around 25 days /20ft, 35 days/40HC.

♣ Why you charge me "Extra local charge"?

Price we quoted all based on FOB NINGBO by FCL shippment. If you need to ship from another port or LCL shippment, we will chargeyou "Extra local charge".

If you want CIF price, we can quote you FOB price first, then we will charge you the actual freight quoted by the shipping agent.

♣ How to solve the quality problems after sales? 
1.Take photos of the problems and send to us. 
2.Take videos of the problems and send to us. 
3. After we confirm the problems, we will draw up the satisfied program for you.

♣ How do I know my order have been issued production?

We will start production when we receive confirmed PI & deposit. Lead time will be effected from that date.
