 Heading machine is one of the steel bar processing machinery. Steel bar end upsetting, as pre-stressed or cold drawn steel anchor head machine. Generally, There are two kinds of Heading machine . One is mechanical and the other is hydraulic pressure.

 Hydraulic upsetting machine working principle is: the hydraulic cylinder driven push the fixture to make the rebar reinforced , the upsetting die to move forward, reinforced extrusion upsetting, then spring will die back, relax the fixture, athe process of heading is completed.
