STEP: 1 Remove the cap from the ice bag by turning it counter clockwise. Fill the ice bag with ice water, crushed ice or ice cubes and replace the cap. Make sure the cap is put back on tightly to prevent any leaks while the ice bag is in use.

STEP: 2 Place the ice bag on your knee. The item can be used on the right or left knee. Do not apply the ice bag directly on the skin.
