 Knitted mesh (referred to gas-liquid mesh, also known as Mo-catching mesh, woven wire mesh), is a special formed woven wire mesh.It is the main component of wire mesh demister and other separation engineering and widely used in the automobile industry.With the development of industrial level, people find more and more new knowledge in the field of application of knitted wire mesh.

 

Our factory has two hundred sets knitted machines with different size and models. We do with wire diameter range from 0.08 to 0.8mm stretching or round wire. Formed mesh can be rolled into a corrugated shape. We use SS material mainly,like SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L, SS317, etc.

 

     There are four types of knitted wire mesh, which are the standard type, high efficiency ,high-penetration type and Shock type/damping knitted wire mesh.

Standard knitted wire mesh:

 In accordance with the standard requirements, our factory produce exactly according to ISO procedure.Till now we have own patent for compressed knitted wire mesh in China.

        The maximum width of our knitted wire mesh is up to 2m; the maximum of wire diameter is 0.80mm; maximum density if width 100 and pin 100; the minimum width,2mm can be achieved.
