  1.Types of galvanized wire

     Galvanized wire which is made of high quality low carbon steel wire rod processing and into, is made of high quality low carbon steel, after drawing molding, pickling derusting, high temperature annealing, then made of hot dip galvanized or electricity galvanized  

    Hot galvanizing is melting in the heat inside the liquid zinc immersion plating, production speed, coating thickness, but are not uniform, the market allows the minimum thickness of 45 microns, up to 300 microns.Color is darker, more consumption of zinc metal, metal forming infiltration layer and matrix, and good corrosion resistance, hot dip galvanized outdoor environment can stay for decades.

   Cold galvanizing (electric galvanized) is in the plating bath by current unipolarity zinc plating on metal surface gradually, production speed is slow, uniform coating, the thickness of thin, usually only 3-15 microns, bright appearance, corrosion resistance is poor, usually a few months will rust.
