Double Wire Mesh Fence

Double wire fencing system also called twin wire mesh fence ,it is extremely rigid mesh fence system with a flat appearance ,double horizontal wire  6.0mm or 8.0mm welded to 4.0mm ,5.0mm or 6.0mm vertical wire so often referred as 6/4/6,6/5/6 fence and 8/6/8 mesh fence .The double wire mesh fence often used as a premier fence for school play ground ,industry fencing where the conditions a rather strong mesh system is Indispensable.The double wire mesh fence take high quality low carbon steel wire as raw materials compare with traditionalMesh fence.

1.Double Wire Mesh Fence Panel:

1)  Using high quality Iron Rod as raw material --------Q195

2)  Fence size: 200 mm x 50 mm x 2.5 Meters x from 630mm - 2630mm or available on request.

3)  The choose wire diameters are 6MM*2+5MM*1.8MM*2+6MM*1.

4)  The thickness of powder coating is 100-120 microns usually.

5)  the welded panel, after galvanization, Powders Primer, and Powders top coating;

6)  it can resist the corrosive and ultraviolet radiation very strongly. It obtains high strong powers to resist the construction.

2.Double Wire Mesh Fence Post:

This system usually choose Square Post ,Rectangular Post as follows,With plastic caps or Roofing rain hat. 

The finished surface usually is Galvanized and Powder coating, or alternatively.

Square Post: 50*50mm, 60*60mm   

Rectangular Post:  

To 2400mm high: 60mm x 40x2.5mm 

To 3800mm high: 80mm x 60x3mm

To 5000mm high: 100mm x 50mm

To 6000mm high: 120mm x 60mm

Peach Post:  50*70mm, 70*100mm

3.Double Wire Mesh Fence Fastenings:

The Panels and posts are jointed together with bolts or rivets, using the steel flat bar, or special steel clamps, all nuts are self-locking.
