Specification

1. Wire diameter: 0.04mm-0.50mm ( regular wire diameter from 0.20mm - 0.28mm), plus multi-strand twisted woven also is available.

2. Aperture: From (2 × 3mm) to (4 × 5mm) and then to (12 × 6mm) was also according to customer requirements for hole size to change. Openings form a large hole and hole cross arrangement (hole dimensions in the longitudinal direction is the same, not the same width).

3. Surface conditions of knitted wire mesh: flat-type mesh and pressed into corrugated mesh (width and depth of the corrugations have different specifications).

4. The width of the knitted wire mesh: 40mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400, 500mm, 600mm and so on. Materials: stainless steel wire, copper wire, brass wire, phosphor bronze wire, galvanized wire, nickel wire, monel 400 wire, titanium wire, etc.

defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution
including re-call according to real situation.
