This gold trommel machine is designed for processing alluvial gold mine, river sand gold, placer gold etc. It is with wheel type chassis, can be driven by vehicles and move easily.

This mineral washing machine is popular in African, Asian, South American, moreover, it is of simple structure and low cost.

During Process                                                                                           

Working principle:

  Using excavator to feed raw material to the hopper

  Raw material flow into the trommel, big stones and pebble can be separated and dischaged out by the conveyor.

  The mineral aggregate with gold whose diameter is less than 6mm can enter into the beneficiation sluice through inner trommel screen, and there is a fixed and high extraction ratio gold sluice in one side of the beneficiation sluice to extract gold particle. 

  This machine is equipped with big flow capacity and big head water pump, whicgh can supply high pressure water for hopper, trommel. So the mineral aggregate with gold will flow through gold carpet the effect of self weight and waterpower, lighter mud or sand will be washed away and big specific gravity gold is left on the gold carpet.
