HDPE Dredge Pipe
High-density polyethylene(HDPE) pipe is made from high density polyethylene as the main
raw material, adding a small amount of antioxidants, Anti-UV absorbers and pigments
and be extruded by once-shaping technology from a plastic extruder.
Used for Sand Suction Dredger
Application Field of HDPE Pipe
1. Water supply ;
2. Sand, mud, ore,slurry dredging and discharging project;
3. Industrial raw material transmission pipeline;
4. Agricultural irrigation pipeline.
5. Other application.
Fetures of HDPE pipe
1. Non-toxic and healthy: no heavy metal additives, would not be covered with dirt or
contaminated by bacterium.
2. Anti-corrosion: resist variety of chemical mediator except few oxidants.
3. No leakage: good connection types.
4. Small flow resistance: smooth interior walls result in lower pressure loss and higher volume
than metal pipe.
5. Good flexibility: PE pipe can be coiled in longer length.
6. Long life-span: more than 50 years under normal condition
