The RD2-Poly Arch by Rough Brothers has been value engineered to meet the economical needs of an assortment of growers. The RD2 is a gutter connected robust structure that controls environments like higher end structures. When you have a high amount of acreage and need a controlled environment with a low square foot cost the RD2 is the Poly Arch you need. The simple design of this greenhouse allows for easy installation.

1. Hot dipped galvanized steel pipes for better rust and corrosion protection

2. Φ101×2.5mm hot dipped galvanized main pillars

3. Φ101×2.5mm hot dipped galvanized gable column complete with fasteners to secure uprights to gable bows.

4. Horizontal framing for end walls and side walls: European style lock profile D; except the function to fix the film or insect net , they, themselves, are also part of the structure to make the greenhouse more sturdy.

8. A single galvanized steel cable will be provided to act as a cross bar between gutter columns. Cross bars are provided complete with fasteners and installed at every internal column

9. A bottom cord and webbed truss assembly, consisting of a 42mmx1.5mm round  pipe bottom cord and four 32mmx1.5mm vertical struts, complete with mounting hardware provided every set of gutter columns – 4m spacing (optional)

The Poly Arch by Rough Brothers has been designed and field-tested to meet various environmental needs. Suitable for natural or fan ventilation, the Rough Brothers Poly Arch has various roof vent designs which allow for maximum cooling. Designed to readily accept hanging baskets, lights, booms, echo systems, and other needed equipment, the Rough Brothers Poly Arch truss system can be designed to support each piece of supplementary equipment without additional structural members. This truss has also been designed for use with heat retention and shading systems, minimizing summer heat gain and winter heat loss
