Q:Can I get sample to check quality?

A:Upbeat company don’t sell samples,if you already place and container order,we can load a sample into the container,If not,we will have MOQ,ATV’s MOQ is 20pcs,Pit bike’s MOQ is 30pcs

The MOQ is for one style only,some new customer will not understand this,because they will think like that:I need sample,I need to know the quality,then decide to start to sell or not.this is right,But as I write,we are professional factory that we already be well-known for the industry and foreign big customers,Nerely all customers know upbeat company,If you feel worried about the quality and consider you could do this business or not,Pls inquire about from the other related businessman.

Q:Do you have stocks in your warehouse?

A:sometimes,we will stock some atvs or pit bikes in warehouse,If you need stocks,pls contact with me,I will check if the style you need in stocks or not.however,we have many different style atv and dirt bike,we will make samples which showed in the showroom,But we will not produce one by one for customers,our factory are buy for big orders,they will don’t have time to make samples.

Q:What is the delivery time of my order?

A:For the delivery time of your order,it is different from your order,If you order too many styles,the delivery time will be longer,mostly our delivery time is 25-30days after advance payment.

Q:Can I mix different models in one container?

A:Yes,you can mix different style products in one container,But the style need to be controled,we could not accept if you want to mix 4-5 style in one 20’ft .the quantiy is less but the style is many,

That will make our production very slowly,So for you and us thinking,we could accpt 2 style in one 20’ft ,3 style in 40’hq,If you have other suggestion,pls directly contact and chat with me.

Q:How can your factory to do quality control ?

A:First our atv,pit bikes and other products are produced on the pipeline,while all spare parts is ready for a model,our workers will start producing,and one people control one process,every people is farmiliar with the fixed process,If different people to do same process,the quality will could not be controled,sometimes the order will lose some spare parts and parts could not be assembled,But we don’t have that kind problem,besides,after all atvs and pit bikes off-pipeline,we have our inspector term,they are experienced with quality control,and they will inspect all spare parts on the model one by one,make sure all parts is well assembled and good for drive,then they will test the speed and drive on the our own detection line,through the detection line,we will know the engine horsepower,the brake system is well work or not,the wheel is crooked or not,after all test is finish and ok,then the models will be send to the pack area,and we will clean the model and clean the oil,because with oil in the fuel tank,the models will be dangerous for loading into container.
