PARU MicroPE® Printed Electronics is the right choice for tomorrow's.
PARU's products always respect the environment. Our business covers living products, biotechnology, and nanotechnology based upon the latest green technology available. We will group an all-encompassing environmental group which will always provide the best quality and value through new technologies for a greener world.
PARU printed electronics's two step 'printing & curing' process significantly reduces process steps compared with copper etching system. Paru inks are printed with conventional printing technology such as roll to roll gravure, offset, flex and inkjet. Whatever your printing needs, there is a PARU ink formulation for your application.
1) Conductive ink is used in the field for forming electrode of electric component on the film. It is used to print on touch film and transparent electrode in the field of display, on curved 3D antenna in the field of mobile phone, on electrode in the field of sunlight generation, on antenna in the field of RFID field, and in many different fields.
2) Using a variety of printing equipments it is applicable for a variety of parts. As for the printing equipments that can be currently used, there are screen, gravure, flexo, ink-jet, gravure offset, aerosol, coating, and etc.
3) Evaluation of product quality The product quality depends on width and thickness of pattern line appearing in the printing process and excellence in conductivity and adhesion after printing.
Strengths compared to competitors (Differentiation of our own technology) It has shorter drying time, excellent conductivity, and strong adhesion. And also compared to competitors it is excellent in performance for the price and is suitable for mass production.
PARU inks based on nano technology such as conductive ink, dielectric ink and semi-conductive ink. Whatever your printing needs, there is a PARU ink formulation for your application.
