NSE type elevator is high-speed bucket elevator, mainly suitable for conveying materials of powder and small particles. Compared with NE type, the enclosure section surface of NSE type with the same amount is only 65% of NE. NSE elevator is suitable for conveying powder and granular materials at high-speed. Material temperature ≤ 200 °C

♦vertical bucket elevator principle

The hopper dip the materials from the bin at the buttom, and lift them to the top with the rotation of belt or chain, turn down after bypassing the wheel at the top and throw down the materials into the receiving tank. And the bucket elevator usually has enclosure, which can prevent the dust flying in a mess in the bucket elevator .
