1. S49-A series three-D rotary vibro separator machine is one of precise powder sieving machine, low noise, high efficiency, need only 3-5 minutes to rapidly replace the screen, all closed structure.

2. Principle of the structure

S49-A series three-D rotary vibro separator machine use upright motor as the source of vibration, equipped eccentricity hammer on the both sides of motor, change circumrotate to level, upright and incline movement, then pass these three movement to the surface of the screen.

Adjust the phase angle on the both sides of the top and bottom to change the movement orbits of the surface screen.

• Easily to replace the screen, simple operation and convenience washing.
• Never jam the screen, no powder flying, filter size of the powder between 500 mesh and 0.028 mm.

 Specific Design: 

Each layer will have the silicon ring and silicon balls to clean the screen surface, avoid clog the screen. The gasket is medicinal silicon standard. The machine will be with inspection door and the machine has the SS304 skit to hide the spring system.
