Starch sifter machine

Manufacturers of various starch require a method to remove oversize and undersize pieces to obtain a more uniform finished product. The top deck of each sifter is used to remove all of the large pieces and discard the pieces that are stuck together. Additionally, the lower deck removes all of the fine particles that cause problems in the equipment further along in cereal processing.

Function of vibrating sieve machine:

1. Classification

3. Remove the impurities

2.Daily maintenance:

1. before running

(1) To check coarse mesh and fine mesh if there is damage

(2) Each group clamps is locking.

2. Running

(1) Notice any abnormal noises

(2) Electric current is stable

(3) Whether the vibration is abnormal.

3. after running

(1) After used clean up the vibration every time

(2) To inspect regularly the coarse mesh, fine mesh and the spring if there are fatigue and

damage

(3) Whether each part of the vibrating body caused damage due to vibration.

(4) Need to add the site to be the lubricating oil
