Rotary Scrubber
Some clients are facing harsh mining environment of high density clays and mud, our RXT serious Rotary Drum Scrubber was born for washing out these enimies. Some times it coworked with auto washing belt to reach the best efficiency.
RXT Drum Washing Machine, which is also named Drum Washing Machine, is the most advanced ore washing equipment at present in China. It is able to de-slime of the sand and stone, the drum inside is equipped with single or double layer round screen which can get 2 to 3 different size of sand stone products.

Trommel screen

The trommel screen provide a simple, efficient and economical solution to upgrade a wide rang of material and optimize the subsequent process steps of recovery. This method of screening helps to reduce operating and investment cost and to increase product quality, while allowing rapid and large volume processing.

Hydrocyclone
Hydrocyclone is frequently used in the second paragrph of the metal concentrator mill or coarse ore in the grinding process and mechanical grading machine in to a cosed-circuit use, mad of replace the machine seized grading machine, security and grain size grading operation.

Description
Gold spiral classifier is widely used to pre-grading and inspection grading in closed circuits when used in the production flow of metal processing.
According to the difference in sedimentation rate of mineral particles and mud, the particle sizes of ores with 1.5mm-0.03mm are classified.
Waste mud or water for ore sand can be separated from the ores. It’s also usually applied to ore washing, desliming and dehydration and so on.
