600kg high-quality strong magnetic permanent magnet lifter

    Can you imagine that such a small "box" is actually able to lift 600kg cargo up in the air? Calculating the safety factor which is 3.5, the max lifting load is even higher than 2 tons!

    Once you wanna move a big steel plate which has nowhere to hook and hang, you will need this. No electricity required, no hydraulic parts, all you need to do is placing it at the middle of the plate and turn the lever, then wait for superman...or use a hoist to move it away.

Cast steel

    Our factory is located in Baoding city,Hebei province which is the largest steel production area in China. We can get tons of high-quality steel and iron to make the best products.

    We cut the blank into those steel slabs,for further machining.

Frame

    After machining,welding and polishing,the steel slabs become the frames of the magnet lifters.

    Every step is done by experienced mechanics.

    Dust and rust are removed thoroughly.

Axis of rotation

    The axes of rotation are also made of cast steel and machined,polished by our mechanics.

    The surface is very smooth for rotation and the dimension of the groove is accurate for magnets.

Magnet

    The magnets are made of NdFeB,which is called the "magnet king",the strongest type of permanent magnet commercially available.

    The groove of the frame is full of magnets,which leads to super magnetic force.

Bearing and sealing ring

    The bearing rotates smoothly,you can't feel any friction. 

    The sealing ring prevents dust from entering,extending life span.

Sealing plate

    The sealing plate we use is made of quenched alloy steel,really hard to keep the shape.

    When we make the plate no machine tools can cut it,in that case we have to do it by laser.

Painting

    High-adhesion primer and finish,will never flake off.

    Colors can be chosen by customers. Red,yellow,

blue,green,black,white...any color you want we can paint it for you.

Hook ring

    Heavy duty unibody hook ring,made of high-tensile alloy steel,polished and chrome plated,tough and smooth.

    Comparing with the ordinary ones,this is definitely a work of art!

Lever with rubber coat

    Beautiful steel lever with a protection device to prevent you from pressing the button unwillingly when loaded.

    The rubber coat makes your holding more comfortable.

Model plate and screws

    Both of the model plate and screws are made of stainless steel.No matter how long the magnet lifters stay at sea,the plates and screws will not get rusty.

    You can even use the plate as a mirror.
