* How to use Lifting Chain
A) Check for the appearance of lifting chain
1. whether the inner/outer chains deformate, crackes, corrode
2. Whether the pin deformates or moves, even corrodes
3. Whether the roller cracks, damages.
4. Whether joint looses and deformates
5.When it works, whether there is sound or abnormal vibration, and whether the chain lubrication conditions are in good condition or not.
B) Judgement about condemned lifting chain
1. The abrasion value chain hoist allowed shall not be more than 10% of ring chain bar diameter or the thickness of assistive devices
2. Don't bend d more than 10 degrees of the main ring plane
3.Forbiding to use it when there appears crack of any part of the chain hoist, bending or distortions and ring hinge
4. The chain and ring permanent elongation shall not exceed 5% of the original one
C).Measurements about Chain length precision
1. Clean the chain before you measure it.
2. Enclose the measured chain around the two sprockets and give its both sides support.
3. The chain should remains for one minute in the minimum state of stretch and load before measurement.
4. when measuring, place measuring load on the chain and make up and down side chain tense, so that chain sprocket coincides with chain.
5. Measure center distance between two sprockets
