1. Application and principle
The atomization powder making method has many advantages, such as simple operation, it is easy for workers to master the process technology. The material will not be oxidation, and the equipment with higher automation ability. At first, the alloy (metal) is melting in induction furnace, then the melt is poured into the heat preservation crucible and go into diversion tube and nozzle. The metal liquid will be atomizing by high pressure fluid (or gas flow),the metal powder after atomization solidification and go down in the atomization charmber. At end it will be collected in the powder collection charmber.
