1 Oil drill pipe:API/SY

We can supply all kinds of drill pipes consistent with API SPEC5DP the API standard drill pipe and

 drill pipe oil line with SY

Drill pipe according to customer's requirements,with the same level of drill pipe joints, 

and to manufacture the drill pipe joints meet the standard of API SPEC7-1.

3 Flat drill pipe 

The flat drill pipe is mainly applicable for the needs of Hydro- hammer percussive-rotary drilling (liquid and gas),which is featured by such advantages as high rigidity,good airtightness,

4 Geographical drill pipe 

Geographical drill pipe is applicable for geographical,hydrographical, coal mine, terrestrial heat engineering 

drilling.The main products include 42,50,60 and 63.5. 

The major technical indexes of the geographical drill pipes adopt seamless steal pipes are in strict 

compliance with international standards.The raw materials of 

drill pipes produced by the company are sourced from the five famous steel companies obtaining 

the certification of JSO9002 Quality Management System: 

China Angang Steel,Baogang steel, henggang steel .The pipe materials for geographical drills

 are strictly specified in terms if sizes, forms, weights technical specifications,

test methods,test regulations, package,markings, and quality certificates .All of the seamless 

steel pipes adopt the original ex

factory identifications. If it is contracted that goods are delivered in terms of steel grades, the

 identifications and quality certificates of the steel pipes are indicated with steel grades. 

The steel grades of drill pipes that are currently on the market are DZ40,DZ50,DZ60 and R780 .

 5 Nondig drill pipe is a tool applicable for transferring torque and tension of drillers in the process 

of directional drilling construction.

Due to the fact that it has to bear torsion,tension, bending ,friction and vibration in the process 

of directional construction, the requirements for processing process are very strict.

The raw materials selected by our company are all the alloy structure steels for geographical 

usage produced by Baogang Steel.After laboratory tests,the blocks at both ends of a pipe are

 thicken directly without welding process ,which are then proceeded to overall thermal processing 

and threading, and then are plated with nickel phosphor that can increase the hardness and 

airtightness of the the thread surface.Before finished drill pipes are plated and packaged,a 

series of tests have to be implemented including hardness, metallurgical structure,physical performances, etc.
