To meet various demand in market and according to different cost-performance our company designed diamond bits of different processes, which are divided into A B C three grades. This introduction focuses on B C series only.

Shapes of lips: flat-bottom,circular,ladder-teeth,serration,pointed teeth,round teeth,angle teeth,ladder, and ladder with end spray or side spray.

B series diamond drill bits are made of premium diamond. Both efficiency and working life are high enough to meet clients’ requirements. JSB series’s crown height could reach as high as 8-10mm and they perform well in deep hole drilling.

For clients’s convenience,our company standardizes bits productions. Various types are designed to be applied in corresponding stratums.

B1#    ——applicable to heavily broken,strong abrasive,coarse-grained stratum

B2#    ——applicable to broken,medium strong abrasive stratum.

B4#,B6#  ——applicable to medium abrasive stratum. Recommended to use when stratum’s information is uncertain.

B7#,B8#  ——applicable to stable,vitreous,low abrasive,hard and slippery stratum.

B9#,B10# ——applicable to stable,vitreous,weak abrasive stratum.

C series----made of large grain diamond,supper high crown(grey)

C series bits made of large-grain diamond introduce new manufacturing technology. Crown height is as high as 15-18 mm. Gauge protection is strengthened. Performance of C series reaches advanced world standard.

Standards:To cooperate with Q series drilling tools,bits are designed on basis of different ground condition. Our company also design and produce non-standard drilling bits according to customer’s special requirements.

Recommendation:When hardness of stratum is high, low grade drilling bits are recommended to ensure matching of stratum.(please refer the table below).

Note:outer diameter of drilling bit is 0.30-0.50mm smaller than its matching reaming shell.

Hardness of stratum is a very important factor in selection of drilling bits. Appropriate choice of drilling bits will highly improve working efficiency and economical profit.
 

Reaming Shell

Reaming shells are important parts of wireline core barrels. Their functions include reaming, stabilizing and maintaining the diameter of drilling hole. The recommended practice is to alternate two reaming shells in each hole drilled to maintain diameter. Upon bit changes, the reaming shell should be checked for wear with bit and shell wear gauge. Failure to observe these practices will result in either a poorly stabilized or an undersized hole that will require costly reaming.

Reaming shells made by our company perform well in stabilizing hole and maintain diameter. Reaming shells  are classified in to three grades (A, B and C)according to their respective processing technology. Reaming shells are distinguished by their colors.

A series (black)

A series reaming shell adopts electroplat technology. This type of reaming shells has functions of gauge maintaining, hole enlarging, reaming and cutting. This type applies to whole piece rocks.

B series (red)

B series reaming shells adopt advanced technology which is non- pressure marination thermal processing. High worn resistance of glomercryst guarantees long working life. JSB series are widely used in geological explorations.

C series (grey)

C series reaming shells are made of large grain diamond with glomerocryst protection and reaming shells adopt special technology. These series reamers have functions of gauge maintaining, enlarging, grinding and cutting. C series reaming shells possess both A and B series’advantages C series reaming shells are ideal for deep drilling.
