Main Structure

Spindle bearings on both sides of main shaft, through motor and reduction gear, rotary main shaft drives the spiral arrangement blades, make the blades on two shafts are meshing together, to tear, raw materialss, and repeating this

move to finished shredding. electronic control parts has a Reverse automatic control devices, when overfeeding or raw materila is too big, Machine will inverted running and stop, avoid damage of blades or motor.

To improve the service life and cutting ability, the main shaft through conditioning processing, and use high quality imported blades.

Name: Shredding Chamber

Shredding Chamber is the most important part the whole machine, the dimension is decide by different machine models, there are 450*500mm, 500*600mm, 650*1050mm, 850*1250mm, etc.

the dimension of shredding chamer has to be big enough for the maximum size of raw material. Or the raw material cannot be fitted in to shredder.

Name: Blades

The baldes cost the most in the whole machine, best quality alloy, usually are material 6CrW2Si, Cr12MoV, etc.
The thickness of balde are different: 15mm; 20mm; 30mm; 40mm; 50mm; 85mm; 100mm;
There are single claw, double claws, three claws; multi-claws.
The blade should according to the raw material and diacharging size.

Name: Motor & Reduction gears

There are 2 models for one shredder usually.

Motor and Reduction gears are all supplied Normal motor manufacturer, can promise the quality and safety

Different model install motors with different power, the power can be changed if client ask for, such as small model shredder can install big power motors anf reduction gears to raise efficiency.
