Applciation:
Keestar 3CM-P bean packaging equipment is for packing variety of materials including fertilizer, animal feed, resin pellets, chemical, and various kinds of powder materials automatic with different kind of bags. It has wide range of applications in chemical industry, fed, food and other industries.
Technical features:
1. Capable to use variety of bags. Keestar 3CM–P fertilizer animal feed automatic bagging system is capable to handle paper bags, PP / PE woven bags and heavy weight polyethylene bags with suitable closing modes like bag top stitching, bag top folding and stitching, crepe tape stitching, heat sealing tape and stitching, heat sealing, and etc.
2. Bag size from 20-30kg, with high speed bagging capacity up to 1,200 bags per hour for 20-30kg bags.
3. Equipped reliable detection system to ensure beautiful finishing and anti-leakage.
4. High speed continuous bag feeding device.
5. Automatic safety and control units are equipped to ensure automatically continuous and safe operation.
Working process:
1. Auto bag feeding→two horizontal bag trays hold max. 200 empty bags (this number depends on the gsm and style of each bags)→vacuum chucks feed bags to filling spout---when bags on one tray finish, automatic shift to the other one
2. Bag position adjusting→adjust the position of bag to the best position by bag aligner device
Empty bag taking out→Clamping the empty bags from bag aligner device
3. Empty bag lateral moving→Move the empty bags transversely to filling spout
4. Empty bag opening→Open the bag mouth by bag top opener (vacuum chucks)
5. Bag clipping→Empty bags clipped under filling spout. Discharge hopper moves into the bags for materials filling
6. Transitional discharge hopper and secondary discharge hopper→They are transitional part between weighing scale and the packing machine. Secondary discharge is for buffer function during filling process to reduce air content rate from the material
7. Bag bottom tapping→Filled bags are tapped on their bottom and materials being stabilized inside of the bags
8. Filled bags lateral moving and bag open top feeding device→Filled bags are moved from filling spout to bag closing conveyor and hold by bag infeeder into bag closing unit.
9. Filled bag conveyor→Filled bags are moved by conveyor to next step. Conveyor is height adjusted by height adjusting handle to meet height requirement of different bags
10. Transitional conveyor→Connecting between different conveyors with different height
