Our company take the lead in researching and developing of new orchard and forest pesticide spraying machine for domestic market. This sprayer has crawler walking agency, especially suitable for soft earth orchard.

Main characters:

1. High efficiency, fruitful effect: High pressurized air flow generated by high pressure fan get fully mixed and combined with high pressurized medication at the outlet of fan air. And formed a continuous 280 ° fan type fogging zone(18m wide, 8m high). Thus the pest control effect was highly improved compare to normal spraying method. Due to above of fogging zone, with the walking speed of 30-45m/min , the spraying capacity is 22-25 acres a day, which equals to the work efficiency of 30-40 person a day by traditional spraying method.

3. Fluid shooting device: There is high pressure fluid shooting system set in 300L solution tank. The high-pressure water flows through fluid shooting system, which keep the fluid swinging and rotating continuously. Thus effectively prevent separation of medicine and water and ensure spraying quality.

4. Pressure relief back flow and negative pressure back flow: the system is composed by negative pressure device, back flow tank, negative pressure collection unit. The system ensure as soon as spraying stopped, the residual medication liquid in in the spraying tube can flow promptly to the back flow tank via pressure relief device, finally sobbed to solution tank. Thus avoid the leak and drip of medication liquid due to high and low nozzle positon specially low nozzles.
