Elbow cold forming mandrels are in specail design as per the customers' requirements.

Usually,the specification of the dies could be from 1/2'' to 32''  in diameter, and it could also be manufactured based on the customised requirement and drawing. 

We adopt casting for over 8'' mandrels and forging for below 8'' mandrels. 

The material of the mandrels are H13,ASTM4140,ASTM4340, we'll choose different materials as per the size and structure of the mandrels, to ensure the quality and life span of the elbow forming mandrels.
