The machine is made up of pedestal, forming mechanism, feeder, heat-sealing mechanism, batch number printing mechanism, trace-pressing mechanism, traction mechanism, blanking mechanism and electronic control. (See page 2)
The machine is driven by gear motor and its shaft lead directly the main shaft to run. With the traction controlled by the PLC, the machine will run in cycles. PVC forming mechanism is driven by cam. Heat-sealing mechanism is driven by cylinder and makes the upper mould run up and down.
The PVC is intenerated by heating board in the heating box, and formed by compressed air in the forming mechanism. Then the medicine (such as capsules & tablets) will be filled into the blister through feeder. The Aluminum foil is transported by mini motor and enters into heat-sealing mechanism and inosculates with PVC to heat-seal. After heat-sealing, the machine are going to batch number print, trace-press. At last, the wrapper will enter the blanking mechanism and complete the blister packing.
