Vegetable bag weaving machine use high-speed circular loom
This machine is mainly used for producing PP woven bags for cement, rice, fertilizer, chemical mateials, animal feed and sugar etc.
It uses material of polypropylene (pp) & high density polyethylene(HDPE) for producing PP woven bag.It was designed and researched on the base of original circular loom, it is the substitute product of present common circular loom .
It improves whole shuttle,raceway and cam .The best advantage is high production effciency and smooth weaving flatness .Our factory supplys the machine for testing.Because of reasonable desigh, high quality material, it's spare parts consumption is lower than normal circular loom,also the life of the runway can reach 10 years.
The machine is suitable for flat yarn of polypropylene (PP), high density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw materials which produce high efficiency cloth of woven bag.The machine performance is based on research and development of universal small cam circular loom structure, is instead of currently universal small cam circular loom.Its characteristic is using the most advanced small cam,low noise, weaving speed,high efficiency and energy saving.Which can save 10 thousand degrees electricity compared with the original machine whose power is 4kw.
Product features:
1.Small cam type and convex table as well as swing-beam rolling wheel transmission is adopted, making it easy and stable to run.
2. Slide block and rod are eliminated while the wearing parts are decreased.Rolling transmission is adopted in entire structure, which doesn’t need lubricant.
3. Frequency speed regulation which is convenient and stable is adopted.
4. It is configured with automatically stop detecting unit when meeting the situation of warp/weft breakingweft ending. The stoppage unit is sensitive and reliable.
5. It’s an environmental product whose noise is not more than 80dB(A).
6. Low strength plastic yarn which is made from 100% regenerated plastic can be adopted to weave.
7. It is high-efficient and energy-efficient. The highest rotation speed of the main motor can reach 180r/min and the power is 1.5/2.2kw, which can save 10 thousand degree electricity compared with the traditional four shuttle circular loom whose power is 4kw.
