ME series animal feed pellet machine is adopted the most advanced technology of flat die pellet machine at home and abroad. As we all know, the pellet mills are originally designed for making feed pellets. It is rotating die type and was invented in the end of 19 century. From 1970,the rotating roller type pellet mill was invented, it is mainly designed for making wood pellets. So when we talk about feed pellet mill, it always mean rotating die type pellet mill. The diameter of the final pellets can be 2.5-12mm as customer want. When can design dies with different size holes on it  for making different diameter pellets. The spare parts of the feed pellet mill are roller and die. The main shaft speed of the feed pellet mill can be above 200RPM. So we can get high yield pellets. For the roller and die made by us, they are all through surface heating treatment, expecially the dies are made from chromium alloy, which is one wear-proof materials.

1. The structure could be matched with the diesel engine for the area without electrical power , which are suitable for making the oil cake for the feedstuff, which it could be granule /pellet for the fish, chicken, animal, etc. Also it could be used for making the biomass, sawdust pellet, etc. The final size is Dia 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, etc.

2. The machine adopts speed-adjust feeder to control the feeding capacity, and use big diameter modulator to make materials fully cured, and make the pellet smoother. The formation rate reaches 98% .The moisture of raw material is 15%-18%. The final size of the product is between 4-8mm. The capacity is between 0.2-2t/h.
3.The temperature is about 70℃ in process,so the protein freezes, the nutritional value increases and is easy to absorbed for animals

The first design of feed pellet machine to be used was the flat die pellet machine, 

developed at the start of the 20th century to process animal feeds pellet. This design of feed pelletmachine was based on a vertical design, where material fell onto a roller section sat on the surface of a horizontally mounted die. Material was then compresses through die, and pellets fell

from the bottom of the die.
