1.What is Credo LX pump ?
Type LX diesel irrigation water pump set for agriculture, the pumps have used for handing circulating water in large scale power stations and nuclear power stations, metallurgy, water supply & drainge of civil engineering and farnlands as well as mining drainge. Thay are provided for delivering clear water, rainwater, aewage and seawater below 55 °C.
2.What is the construction of Credo LX pump ?
1) The pump is vertically installed with the inlet vertical downward and the outlet horizontal extending. The rotor elements can be pull-out or non-pull-out. The blades of type T pump can be adjustable in operation.
2) The pump installation has two ways: one is single foundation, i.e the pump and the motor are connected directly and mounted on one concrete foundation. the other is double foundation, i,e the pump and the motor are mounted on the seperate concrete foundation. The seal usually uses packing seal. The intake sump of the pump can be wet pit or dry pit. The axial thrust of the pump usually carried by the motor, that of small pump is carried by pump itself. The impeller of the pump is usually one stage and it can be designed as multistage as requirements. The bearings of the pump is rubber bearings or thordon bearings. when the rubber bearings are used, the shaft has shaft sleeves with pressure clear water in for lubrication.
