Reactor	1. Made of Q245R boiler steel. Also can choose Q345R 2. Auto-welding both inside and outside 3. With rock wool and first grade alumilum insulation board
Auto-feeder	1. 60 ton hydraulic pressure 2. Can feed all types of materials 3. Save labor and time
Catalyst chamber	1. improve oil yield and oil quality 2. Reduce the speed of oil gas so that it can be better cooled
Oil-water separator	1. Separate oil and water 2. Collect heavy oil 3. Water sealing design keep safety
Condenser	1. Include condenser pipe, horizontal condenser and waste gas condenser 2. The oil gas is cooled separately by small pipes inside condenser 3. Light oil is collected here
Vacuum device	1.Keep machine running under normal pressure 2.Have founction of keeping safe
Anti-back fire device	1. Recycle residual gas to furnace as fuel 2. Water sealing design prevent tempering
Dust removal device	Dispose of flue gas caused by using coal, wood, oil or natural gas.

OUR ADVANTAGE:

A.) we use the underground dedusting system , the main part of the dedusting system is called strong spray tower . it took us 4 years to get the national patent of the strong spray tower

B. )we use 2 condensers and one set of calandria cooling system to make the cooling line longer and cooling surface wider to get more oil. the calandria is made from galvanized tube

C.).there is frequency device in the control pannel which can adjust the speed of the reactor

D.) the security system is composed of two water seals, pressure sensors, temperature sensors and safety valves
