Principle: Use the tire bead as support point and place the tire on the support mechanism, then fix it tightly to the adjusting mechanism, then rotate the tire in a low speed by reducer. The knife can extend out and retract at ease. While the tire is rotating in low speed, the knife cut into the tire to cut it successfully.

Strip cutting machine can cut the tire which has been cutting down its steel ring into slices, and the width of it can be adjusted. The two circle knives are made of special materials.

Tire steel wire separator.With its features of good elasticity, high hardness, the wire-steel in rim of waste tires is ideal materials for sandblasting peen-forming.
Being difficult to separate the wire-steel and its rubber, the previous separation method is mainly burning. This kind of original treatments is of low speed, making annealing of the wire-steel hard, and losing its features of good elasticity and high hardness, with its utilization value declining sharply and the environment greatly polluted. The rubber becomes mere garbage after burning.
The rim wire-steel separator uses dual roll mill to squeeze. The wire-steel is separated from the rim of the tires by difference of rotating speed of the two roll mill. It can keep the physical feature of the steel wire at the highest degree. The rubber can be reused, which avoids environmental pollution. It is the best for dealing the rim of the waste tires.
