Working process

The crude oil put into the pyrolysis reactor by the oil pump,catalytic heating reactor at normal pressure,the distillate oil gas through catalytic chamber into the condenser.After cooling,the oil gas into diesel oil and the non-liquefied part through the gas system into heating system.

2.High effective gas heating system.In the process of pyrolysis,when the gas is heated up to 150 centigrade,it will produce unliquefied gas,such as CH4&C4H8.These gases can be fully burned by the special gas nozzle and produce a lot of energy,so it saves more resources.

3.Flue deduster system.We have desulfurization deduster and gas dredge pool to make the emissions reach the national discharge standards.

4.First reach national standard diesel oil after refining,we guarantee the oil's color and smell don't change long time.
